San Francisco, CA — September 19, 2022

Lifelink Systems today announced that it has named Justin Mardjuki as its Chief Operating Officer. Mardjuki will oversee the company’s commercial go-to-market operations, strategy, and execution during a phase of rapid growth with large enterprise healthcare customers.

As a co-founder of the company, Justin previously led Product Marketing, Operations, and Finance functions. Prior to Lifelink Systems, he held Go-to-Market and Finance roles at Box and American Express.

“Justin has proven to be an exceptional leader, and this new role allows us to leverage his talent as we deliver advanced Conversational AI to the healthcare industry,” said Greg Johnsen, CEO at Lifelink Systems. “Justin has been on the front lines, helping the biggest, most respected companies in the industry reimagine how they engage with their patients and there are many more to come.”

“We now know that Conversational AI can change the trajectory of patient outcomes and the cost of care,” Mardjuki said. “Lifelink Systems is helping customers accelerate clinical research findings, improve patient access to therapy, and reduce massive administrative overhead. Personalized, automated conversations are a powerful way for research sponsors, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and provider systems to extend their digital patient reach and I look forward to being part of the transition to the next level of innovation, where language becomes the standard technology user interface.”
